These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and cs8v ("cs8v," "we," "our," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the cs8v website at cs8v.best, its mobile interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services.

By registering a cs8v account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the cs8v platform, you are confirming that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with cs8v from the moment you create your account.

cs8v reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. To register and use cs8v, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your membership. cs8v strictly prohibits access by minors and will verify age when required.

cs8v may require identity verification at any stage of membership. This includes but is not limited to government-issued ID, proof of age, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each cs8v member is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, multiple phone numbers, or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cs8v uses technical and identity verification systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to be duplicates will be closed with balances subject to review.

When registering at cs8v, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, an active mobile number you own, and a valid email address if required during registration. You must not use fictitious names, borrowed contact details, or information belonging to another person.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your cs8v login credentials — your username, password, and OTP access. cs8v will never ask you for your password through any channel. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. cs8v is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to a member's account where the breach was caused by the member's failure to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.

cs8v accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (₱) through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Mobile, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All accounts are denominated in Philippine pesos. cs8v does not accept foreign currency deposits.

The minimum deposit at cs8v is ₱100. There is no standard maximum deposit, however cs8v reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual accounts based on verification status, account history, or responsible gaming considerations. Deposits from payment sources not registered in your name are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and the account being flagged for review.

All deposits at cs8v are processed instantly or near-instantly for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to two hours during peak periods. cs8v does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside cs8v's control.

• Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• cs8v does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or on behalf of another member.
• cs8v complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and may request documentation to verify the source of funds for large or unusual deposit patterns.
• Deposits made in error cannot be guaranteed to be reversed once credited to a cs8v wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an incorrect deposit was made.

Withdrawals from cs8v are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal at cs8v is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one hour for GCash and Maya during standard operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to 24 hours.

Before a withdrawal is processed, cs8v may require the following: verification that any active bonus wagering requirements have been met in full, confirmation of the member's identity in line with our KYC (Know Your Customer) policy, and confirmation that the withdrawal is being sent to a payment account registered in the member's own name.

cs8v reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or incomplete identity verification. In such cases, cs8v will notify the affected member and request any relevant supporting documentation.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login or transaction activity for 180 consecutive days — may have their balance subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 after a 30-day notice period. cs8v will make reasonable efforts to contact inactive members before applying any administrative fees.

cs8v offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and parlay boosts. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer. The general principles governing all cs8v bonuses are set out below:

• Wagering requirements: Most cs8v bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount that must be met before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion page.
• One bonus per member: Each cs8v promotion is available once per member, household, device, and IP address unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• Eligible games: Not all cs8v games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets on outcomes with decimal odds below 1.50, and certain table game bets, may not count toward or may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Applicable rates are disclosed per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits at cs8v expire within the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse: cs8v monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to void bonus winnings and cancel promotional credits where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting using cs8v bonus funds, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.

cs8v reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected members via the platform or by email where required.

Each game and betting market on cs8v operates according to specific rules published within the relevant game lobby or sports betting section. By placing a bet or participating in any cs8v game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules. The following general principles apply across all cs8v games and betting markets:

• All cs8v games use certified random number generation (RNG) for all digitally simulated outcomes. Slot RTPs are published in each game's information panel.
• Sports betting odds at cs8v are set by the platform's sportsbook engine and are subject to change up until the moment the event begins or — for live betting — throughout the duration of the event.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded, whether due to a technical delay or user error, will be void and stakes returned.
• cs8v reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were displayed due to a manifest error. Where a bet has been voided due to a manifest error, the stake will be returned in full to the member's cs8v wallet.
• Live Sabong, live casino, and live Bingo results are determined by the physical event taking place in real time and are final once the result is confirmed by the officiating body or platform operator.
• For sports events that are postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled, cs8v follows sport-specific void and settlement rules. These are published in the sports betting section of the platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on cs8v. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one cs8v account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification, including the use of fictitious names, borrowed phone numbers, or forged documents.
• Using any software, bot, automation script, exploit, or technical method to gain an unfair advantage in any cs8v game or betting market.
• Colluding with other cs8v members in Tongits, Bingo, or any multiplayer game to manipulate outcomes or share information that advantages a particular player.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in the cs8v sportsbook or game system for financial gain.
• Using cs8v as a vehicle for money laundering, funding of illegal activity, or any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• Attempting to access another member's cs8v account without their authorisation, or interfering with the cs8v platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Harassment, threats, abusive language, or discriminatory conduct directed at other cs8v members or platform staff through any channel including live chat or community features.

cs8v is committed to providing a gaming environment that prioritises the wellbeing of its members. Online gaming is intended as a form of entertainment and cs8v actively promotes responsible play. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all members through their cs8v account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you deposit into your cs8v wallet. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time alerts: Set a reminder to appear after a defined duration of active play on cs8v.
• Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from cs8v — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from cs8v. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and applies across the entire platform. Contact our support team to initiate self-exclusion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cs8v platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any cs8v content or software.

Any unauthorised use of cs8v's intellectual property — including screenshotting and republishing game interfaces, reproducing cs8v's branding, or using the cs8v name in any commercial context without written permission — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

cs8v provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cs8v makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, technical failures, third-party payment processing delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cs8v's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that member into their cs8v wallet in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cs8v is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity, or emotional distress arising from use of the platform. This limitation applies even where cs8v has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cs8v reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a member's account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The member's account has been involved in fraudulent activity, unauthorised transactions, or money laundering.
• The member has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harmful conduct toward other members or cs8v staff.
• Continuing to allow access to the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to cs8v.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cs8v will notify the member and provide an opportunity to respond. Where closure is the outcome of a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the resolution of outstanding issues including chargebacks, unpaid bonus wagering requirements, or unresolved identity verification.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their cs8v account may do so at any time by contacting support at support@cs8v.best. Verified remaining balances will be returned to the member's registered payment method following account closure review.

cs8v collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using cs8v, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by cs8v includes registration information, transaction history, gaming activity, device and browser data, and communication records. This data is used to operate your cs8v account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the platform experience. cs8v does not sell personal data to third parties.

You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your cs8v account data, subject to legal retention requirements. Data requests can be submitted to support@cs8v.best with your full registered name and mobile number for identity verification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to your cs8v account, transactions, game outcomes, or bonus terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

cs8v encourages members to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. The majority of account queries and transaction disputes are resolved within 48 hours through the cs8v support channel without requiring formal legal proceedings.

cs8v may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cs8v will notify active members via in-platform notification or by email where contact details are on file. The updated Terms will be effective from the date published on this page.

If you continue to use cs8v after updated Terms have been published, you are agreeing to the revised version. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, your recourse is to stop using cs8v and request account closure by contacting support. cs8v recommends reviewing this page at least once every 30 days to stay current.
